1. Proper Removal (Avoid Damage!)
To reuse your press-on nails, it’s important to remove them carefully without bending or breaking them. Here’s how:
For Glue-On Application:
• Soak your nails in warm, soapy water for 10–15 minutes.
• Gently lift the edges with a cuticle stick—never force them off.
• If needed, apply oil or acetone-free nail polish remover around the edges to help loosen the adhesive.
For Adhesive Tabs:
• Simply peel off the tabs by gently rolling them off the back of the nail.
• This method is best for short-term wear and makes reuse even easier!
2. Cleaning & Storage
Once removed, your nails need a little TLC to get them ready for their next wear.
Cleaning Steps:
• If there’s leftover glue, use a buffer or a gentle file to remove excess residue.
• Wipe each nail with alcohol or acetone-free nail polish remover to keep them fresh.
• Avoid soaking in acetone, as it may weaken the nail design.
Storage Tips:
• Store your nails in the original Sets by Starla packaging to keep them protected and organized.
• Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain their quality.

what is the processing time for orders?
each set is handmade to order, so please allow 2-13 days for processing before shipping. processing time depends on current order volume, but you can purchase a rush order option to have your order prioritized.
what if my nails arrive damaged?
i carefully package every order, but if your nails arrive damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. since each set is handmade, I do not offer replacements or refunds for damaged nails, but I’m happy to review your case and offer guidance.
what should i do if my package is lost or missing?
for lost packages, please check your tracking information first. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, i recommend checking with your local post office or neighbors. unfortunately, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but if you need help filing a claim with the shipping carrier, feel free to reach out!
