how to order

This guide is for non-custom sets only. If you’re looking to request a custom design, please visit the custom order guide before ordering.


1. Buy a Sizing Kit

A sizing kit is required before placing an order.

• Purchase one from the shop

• Processing time is 1–2 business days

 

2. Use the Sizing Kit

Once your kit arrives, try on the sample nails to find your best fit for both hands.

• Write down your sizes from thumb to pinky for each hand

• e.g. L: 9-2-2-7-1 R: 8-3-3-5-0

 

3. Shop Nail Sets

Browse through the available designs on the shop and add your favorite sets to your cart.

• When ordering, enter your nail sizes in the custom nail measurements box

e.g. L: 9-2-2-7-1 R: 8-3-3-5-0

 

4. Checkout

Once you’ve added your sets and nail sizes, complete your order through the website as usual.


5. Order Processing

Once your order is submitted, it will be processed and handmade based on the sizing info you provided.

can i cancel my order?

unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.

can i refund or exchange my order?

as all sets are custom made per customer, we cannot refund or exchange your order. 

what is the processing time for orders?

each set is handmade to order, so please allow 2-13 days for processing before shipping. processing time depends on current order volume, but you can purchase a rush order option to have your order prioritized.

what if my nails arrive damaged?

i carefully package every order, but if your nails arrive damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. since each set is handmade, I do not offer replacements or refunds for damaged nails, but I’m happy to review your case and offer guidance.

what should i do if my package is lost or missing?

for lost packages, please check your tracking information first. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, i recommend checking with your local post office or neighbors. unfortunately, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but if you need help filing a claim with the shipping carrier, feel free to reach out!
